We want you to feel confident and glamorous in your Dressmezee pieces, but if your order isn't quite right, you can return items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original condition with tags attached and free from any makeup, perfume, or signs of wear.

Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Dressmezee tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.
Ship It Back
Generate your return shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized collection point or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
